Machine wash cold

Order the larger size. In Care bras are true to size, but if your underbust measurement falls between two bands, size up - a slightly loose band can be tightened at the hooks, a tight band can't be fixed. Use the Size Guide and Fit Finder on this page before you order. Available range: 30B-46E.
Your band does about 80% of the support, so it should sit level and horizontal across your back - not riding up. You should fit two fingers under the band comfortably. Straps shouldn't dig in, cups shouldn't gape at the top or spill at the sides.
The loosest hook. Elastic relaxes with wear, so starting on the loosest setting lets you tighten to the middle and then the tightest hook over the bra's life - that's months of extra usable fit from the same bra.
Racerback pulls the shoulder straps together and shifts load off the shoulders, which most people find more secure for high-impact movement and it stops straps slipping. Regular straps are easier to wear under everyday clothing.
Rinse it in cold water straight after a workout - sweat and salt break down elastane faster than washing does. Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, no fabric softener (it coats the fibres and kills stretch and moisture-wicking), and dry flat in shade. Never machine-dry.
Removable pads let you choose coverage per workout; if they bunch in the wash, take them out before washing and reinsert them flat when dry.
Low and medium-impact sports bras are fine for all-day wear and many people use them that way. High-impact bras are built tighter for movement control and aren't comfortable for eight hours at a desk. Also: don't wear the same one all day and then work out in it - sweat degrades elastic fastest.
