Machine wash cold

High heat weakens elastic — always air dry flat or hung.

Order the larger size. In Care bras are true to size, but if your underbust measurement falls between two bands, size up - a slightly loose band can be tightened at the hooks, a tight band can't be fixed. Use the Size Guide and Fit Finder on this page before you order. Available range: 30B-46E.
The loosest hook. Elastic relaxes with wear, so starting on the loosest setting lets you tighten to the middle and then the tightest hook over the bra's life - that's months of extra usable fit from the same bra.
Snugger than a regular bra, but not restrictive. You should fit two fingers under the band with effort, breathe deeply without pressure, and see no bulging over the top or sides. If it hurts, leaves deep marks, or restricts your breathing, it's too small - not "broken in".
Low and medium-impact sports bras are fine for all-day wear and many people use them that way. High-impact bras are built tighter for movement control and aren't comfortable for eight hours at a desk. Also: don't wear the same one all day and then work out in it - sweat degrades elastic fastest.
Available up to 46E. For a fuller bust, look for a wide band, adjustable straps and separate cups rather than a single compression panel.
Rinse it in cold water straight after a workout - sweat and salt break down elastane faster than washing does. Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, no fabric softener (it coats the fibres and kills stretch and moisture-wicking), and dry flat in shade. Never machine-dry.
Every 6-12 months with regular use, or sooner if the band stretches out, the straps stop staying adjusted, or you get noticeably less support at the same size. A sports bra that no longer holds tension isn't supporting you even if it still looks fine.
